Project Manager              

• Project Manager - Installation Delivery (Construction and Fire Safety Systems)  
• Attleborough, Norfolk and/or Remote Working (+ client site visits)
• £45,000 to £50,000 per year (plus an excellent company benefits package)

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Project Manager with a background in construction or fire safety systems or similar industry-related systems, where the ideal candidate will thrive on delivering complex installation projects on time, on budget and to the highest standards?

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience managing construction or fire system installation projects from start-to-finish.
• Exceptional skills in planning, resource coordination and financial control.
• Solid leadership qualities with a focus on motivating teams and ensuring safe working practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication – comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. CSCS Manager card, SMSTS, CDM) – MAPM is a bonus.
• Flexibility to travel across the UK (and occasionally abroad), with the ability to stay overnight as required.
• Prince2 or similar is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination – Develop schedules, documentation and risk assessments; liaise with clients to align on goals and timelines.
• Resource and Material Management – Ensure all tools, equipment, and personnel are available and ready to go.
• Site Execution – Oversee all phases of project delivery while managing scope changes, site progress, and client communications.
• Team Leadership – Supervise internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring competency, safety compliance, and high performance.
• Quality and Safety Audits – Enforce site safety standards, carry out audits, and maintain compliance records.
• Budget Oversight – Manage financial aspects including forecasting and cost control.
• Client Satisfaction – Build strong relationships and deliver beyond expectations.
